Tenley's First Portraits...

we went to JC Penney and had Tenley's "newborn" pictures

taken last week when she was 4 weeks old. they are adorable!

we ordered tons of prints, and will share when we get them back.

(note: i was NOT dressed for pictures that day, hence the ponytail,

but the photographer basically forced me to jump in a couple of the

pictures. i think she knew i would buy one. ha!)

we had TONS of fun this weekend visiting with

heather and zach, and playing on the snake river!

it was a much needed get-away for the hurds. :)

little miss tenley was an amazing baby, hardly made

a peep the entire drive! we always have so much fun

at the kelsey's playing games and eating heather's

yummy food!!! thanks guys, we love you!

Some newborn pictures I've neglected to post 'til now...

here are some fun pictures i finally uploaded from my camera. they were all taken during the first week that we brought tenley home from the hospital. in these pictures are: grma hurd, aunt heather, aunt ashley, and cousins sydney and mallory. sydney was hilarious, she LOVED holding the baby, and hardly let anyone else have a turn, but she would NOT hold her without a burp rag under her head, just in case she "threw up." tenley loves her cousins!!!

wake up sleepy girl!

I broke down and had cable TV installed today...

I couldn't take the Soap Operas and Court TV anymore!

Direct TV was coming at 4, and it was almost 3:30 and

I knew I better hurry and feed Tenley before they got there.

Aaaand of course she was sleeping.

I could not wake up this little baby for the life of me! :)

I even changed her diaper, and nothing.

She was OUT.

Why can't she do this in the middle of the night? :)
