some pictures of the 40 (oh wait- 41) week ordeal..
i had a bedtime snack: apple slices,
peanut butter, and potato chips.
he thought it was a weird craving, but i
actually always like those things. :)
this one i think is at about 39 weeks, when i thought i was ready to pop. but oh no, it only gets worse. continue on...
a belly shot from the front... made it black 'n white for your sake. :)
this picture is just a couple of days old, the most recent one you'll see before i post pictures of the little monster herself later this week. wahoo!

Acting Domestic...
Made some burp cloths tonight! I found colored cloth diapers (by Gerber) at Target, cut each one in half, and then zig-zagged the raw edges with my sewing machine. Total cost? About 50 cents per Burpie! Saweeet! :)
Also took a shot at head-band baby bows tonight. Found some baby tights on clearance (which becomes the head-band)... and a 50 cent yard of pink ribbon from Wal-Mart! I definitely need more practice, and need someone to teach me to tie better bows... but I had fun tonight while Scott
was at work. What if she comes out a boy? AH!
ANOTHER BURPIE... VERY CUTE! MY MOTHER IN LAW TAUGHT ME TO DO THESE: YOU JUST SEW FLANNEL STRIPS TOGETHER, RIGHT SIDE OUT, AND THEN SNIP AND FRAY ALL THE EDGES BY WASHING AND DRYING. I MADE THIS ONE OUT OF SCRAPS FROM ONE OF THE MANY BABY BLANKETS SHE'S MADE FOR ME. I AM SPOILED! :)
