1. We can wash the dishes, pick up, and vacuum in about an hour.
2. We can "deep" clean in 3.
3. Doesn't cost a fortune to keep our house nice 'n toasty warm!
4. We've never spent money on a baby monitor.
5. Perhaps we can eventually turn it into a rental, and use as an investment.
*And... we live less than a mile from Scott's job!

i know, i could seriously clean my appt in 45 mins. if i had to. i love it. I would love to have a big house some day and i wouldnt mind cleaning the extra hours.
Way to think positive....hmmm I need to be better and not complain about my stinky basement, moldy upstairs bathroom old kitchen cabinets etc. I love my houseplan and love that we can have visitors comfortably!
